Jacob brings a versatile background in real estate development, investment, and brokerage to the Edgemoor team. As a Development Associate, he supports project execution and new pursuits through detailed financial analysis, project management and market due diligence.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Global Real Assets from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Outside of the office, he is an avid downhill skier, golfer, and a dedicated supporter of the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Football.
