Geoff plays an instrumental role in developing and leading some of the most high-profile public-private opportunities for the company. In addition to his sourcing new project opportunities, Geoff also works with clients to create custom-tailored financing and operations solutions.
Geoff holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Clark University. He is a frequent speaker at P3 conferences, a member of the Urban Land Institute, and a former board chair of DC Central Kitchen.
