Edgemoor’s Geoffrey Stricker Recognized as “Individual of the Year” at P3 Bulletin Awards

On March 23rd, Edgemoor’s Senior Managing Director Geoffrey Stricker was recognized as “Private Sector Individual of the Year” at the P3 Bulletin Awards in New York City.

The P3 Awards, voted on by industry peers, bring the industry together for one of its largest nights to celebrate P3 achievements on a global scale. This year’s live ceremony, the first since Covid-19, highlighted the tenacity of the P3 industry and its leadership amidst a global pandemic.

The Edgemoor team is proud to have Geoffrey Stricker recognized as a Gold Award Winner among the distinguished nominees in the field. In addition to his impressive track record of developing over $4.3 billion worth of projects with Edgemoor over the past 20 years, the judges highlighted Geoff’s strong leadership throughout the pandemic both to his team and to his clients, as well as his dedication to the P3 industry as an advocate and educator.

In the award nomination, former Kansas City Mayor Sly James praised Geoff for his exceptional leadership on the $1.5 billion Kansas City International Airport New Terminal Modernization project, the largest single infrastructure project in the city’s history, for ensuring that the project delivers a transformational workforce development and M/WBE participation program to the residents of Kansas City and the region. The New Terminal project was also recognized a finalist for Project of the Year in the Transport category.
