On October 22nd, Edgemoor’s projects and people were recognized across several categories at the annual P3 Bulletin Awards ceremony in New York City, which honors P3 achievements throughout the Americas.
Edgemoor’s Fuse at Mason Square project was recognized as the winner of the Environmental Impact Award. The project, developed in partnership with George Mason University, was lauded for its cutting-edge approach to sustainability across design, construction, and operations. It is expected to achieve LEED Platinum certification and is net-zero ready.
Edgemoor also won the top honor of Sponsor/Developer of the Year, recognizing the firm's ongoing success and positive impact on the P3 industry. This is the second time Edgemoor has secured this award, having previously won in 2019.
Judges noted, "Edgemoor consistently closes complex deals with quiet excellence and an outstanding reputation. It is a leading sponsor-developer in social infrastructure and real estate, delivering across the US with minimal drama and sustained momentum."
Additionally, Edgemoor Director Christina Solomon was Highly Commended in the Future Leader of the Year category for her significant contributions to the P3 industry. Christina leads day-to-day development on the Garden Grove Civic Center Revitalization Project, which was recognized as a finalist in the Best Social Infrastructure Project category.
