Nelson brings over a decade of experience in real estate development and architecture to the Edgemoor team. In his role as Development Associate, he supports real estate and infrastructure pursuits and projects through an integration of technical expertise, financial diligence, and project team management.
Nelson holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, where he graduated with honors and distinction. He is a Registered Architect in the states of Maryland and Massachusetts. Outside of the office, Nelson enjoys running in Rock Creek Park in Washington, DC, downhill skiing, and painting.
