Dawn is a member of the development team on the Kansas City International Airport New Terminal Project, where she manages the monthly pay application process between the subcontractors and the owner. Dawn also monitors the reporting of the Minority and Women Owned Business Program to ensure its success in reaching their committed goals. She has over 20 years of experience in a Controller role, primarily in property management and real estate development.
Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and is a CPA.
