Mark brings an extensive background in economic development across North and South Dakota to the Edgemoor team, with experience working on a variety of projects including retail, mixed use development, manufacturing, industrial parks, IT, valued-added agriculture, and renewable energy. In his role as Development Manager, Mark leads the development of Midco Arena at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, working closely with university leaders to deliver a state-of-the-art hockey facility for their new NCAA Division 1 venture, the first ever Division 1 hockey program in SD.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northern State University. He is a Certified Economic Development professional (CEcD) and Master Practitioner. Additionally, Mark is an active member of the International Economic Development Council and is currently on the Mid-America Economic Development Council Board of Directors and Dakota Business Finance Council Board of Directors.
