Arnoldo has more than 10 years of experience in banking and real estate, infrastructure, and community development, including projects in Los Angeles, Greater New York City, Nashville, Brazil, and Malaysia. Early in his career, Arnoldo worked for Wells Fargo, helping increase the bank’s lending and community investments in underbanked markets in New York and Connecticut. After finishing graduate business school in 2016, he developed underwriting processes and managed the due diligence on $350M of P3 transactions, real estate acquisitions, and tax credit equity investments for Atwater Infrastructure Partners, a startup real estate and infrastructure investment firm.
Arnoldo graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in Political Science and has an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received certificates in Finance and Sustainability. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports, especially soccer (or fútbol), and back-country camping in California's Sierra Nevada. He also recently picked up surfing.
